ingredients for ASS-KICKING homemade burgers

basically my moms tired of my constant ordering from mcdonalds and such,she wants to convince me that the current home made burgers are just as good as mcdonalds,which we all know is NOT!i want to know what kind of patties,buns,cheese and what kind of burger sauces do they use??

Currently used ingredients:
Buns: Dawn or something
Cheese:white nurpur cheese.(is the orange cheese easily available?)
Patties:K&NS's chicken patties.
Sauce:mayonnaise

i want to know the closest variants i can get without too much hassle.like orange cheese(should not be above 500 rs or something).some good tasting patties and some spicy or normal burger sauces that big companies use!

also post the locations from where i can get these!

McDONALD'S® "OLD-SCHOOL" CHEESEBURGER


Cook the burgers using the regular hamburger recipe and place one THIN slice of american cheese on the crown side before adding meat patty. Don't use Kraft
singles or Velveeta. (or anything termed as "American processed cheese FOOD) Use only real American cheese. That is KEY! Please Note****Most slices of
American cheese are too big for McDonald's® cheeseburgers. So take about 1/4" off two edges to make a smaller square.




McDonald's® Ham-burger :

McDonalds® regular Hamburger ingedients:

1 -Pound ground chuck (80% lean)
10 -Small hamburger buns
10 -Hamburger dill slices
10 -teaspoons dried, chopped onion
McDonald's® Hamburger Seasoning
Mustard, Ketchup ....and ..... waxed paper
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The Hamburger Seasoning:
4 Tablespoons salt
2 Tablespoons Accent (msg)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Mix all ingredients well in a spice shaker with big
enough holes to allow pepper to flow. Makes about 3 ounces. Use on ALL McDonald's hamburgers. (unless you're allergic to msg, then just use
salt and pepper.)

MSG= Mono Sodium Glutamate. Its a kind of salt and is pretty easy to find. (Aijinomoto or the likes)

I always buy K&N's Chapli kabab and put it inside the bun to make a burger.
Try it with Ketchup and you are good to go.

mix nando's (lemon and herb) 1/2 spoon+ american garden's mayo 3 spoon, knorr chili garlic sause 1/2 spoon and heinz ketchup 1/2 spoon..a lil bit of good musturd paste....mix em all, make a jar full, put them in an airtight container in fridge and use them on the buns whenever u wana eat burger..u will thank me till u die

Plus, the thelay ka bun kebabs with the daal ke patty, and an omelette means they are less susceptible to going bad. Meat spoils faster.
