Well you are whining in every other thread about your deficiencies and shortcomings. I suggest you man up and start learning some Full Body Contact Karate or something similar. Their are many full Body contact styles that are taught in Pakistan like Kyokushin, Shidokan, Seidokan etc. Go and join any legit Dojo teaching any of these styles. I personally like Kyokushin.
i tried for that..but i cant find any legit or true institute for that..can u tell me 1?

kazimali101 RAJNI is by far the only one in this thread who came up with a meaningful and helpful post to write. Those exercises he posted should get the job done, nicely. If you are working out at home, just get replaceable weights and a pair of dumbbells so that you can work through a number of weights, increasing sets and reps gradually.

If you feel like it, get one of those grips that are readily available for cheap in the market s your brother suggested. This combination should work well. Don't forget to eat well and keep yourself hydrated.

You can build muscle with bodybuilding, not your skeletal bone structure. That's common sense folks.

Once a stag was drinking water in a pool. He saw the reflection of his horns in the water. He felt proud. When he saw the reflection of his legs, he felt ashamed. Just then, he heard the barking of a hunter's dogs.

He ran away as fast as he could. His thin legs helped him to escape. He realized that his ugly-looking legs were his real friends.

Soon his beautiful horns proved an enemy to him. They got entangled in a bush. He tried his best to release himself. But he could not succeed. The dogs reached there. They killed him.

Moral: All that glitters is not gold.

But seriously, unless thicker wrists serve a purpose to you, i don't think it matters.

You can start body building, but wrist exercising in NOT EASY. Infact, its one of the most difficult exercises. The chances of getting your wrist injured are SKY HIGH. Plus, the muscle building process in your wrists will be painfully slow. But can be done.

If i were you, i'd rather not pay attention those people pointing this out.

No matter how hard you work, your wrist wil lalways grow with your genetics and age. Although you can work on your forearms, but then even they grow with age.

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
