No, none of those are good examples of major studios who worked on VR games. Its either sub divisions, smaller teams or collaborations with lesser known studios. Not the same as Santa Monica, Guerrilla Games or Naughty Dog working on a game that works exclusively on PSVR as their next primary project.

A Sony first party game that did worse than 3 first person shooter VR games, one of them being a 45 on Metacritic. The thirst for a proper AAA VR game on PSVR is very real. Hopefully Valve won't take long porting it over to PSVR

If AstroBot is a true VR game, then every VR experience is a game. At best it is a semi-decent platformer with a 3D camera.

Valve reviving a dormant dead IP and giving it to the recently acquired Campo Santo guys to work on doesn't make them the holy grail of VR developers lol, let's wait for the game to come out and see the reviews. It could be a middling gimmick fest for all we know.

lol AA at best? Based on what? Mario Odyssey is considered a AAA game, and by extension so is Astro Bot. There's nothing about it that exhibits AA quality in comparison. A AA platformer would be something like A Hat in Time or Yooka-Laylee.

Guys to be honest, having the oldest, cheapest and most convinient VR on earth and still the best game to show off in last 4 years is Astrobot aka Mario 64 haha.

I am sorry but this is as weak line up as PS4 exclusives offering this gen. 1, 2 games after years is all Sony offered.

What farany is conveniently ignoring, or doesn't realize, that that 'aka Mario 64' is still the highest reviewed VR game period, including the cheapest most convenient PSVR or any other $1000 plus VR headset available right now, if I'm mistaken please tell me what other VR game scored higher.

On the other hand farany is also making an argument about PS4 exclusives as a whole which is lul in itself :laugh1:
