Shalimar link road Lahore but its always advisable to get from official store which is not in Pakistan

Yup safe and tested but you need to drink alot !!

Personal advice would be to stick to go with natural as I guess you will not be taking part in competition [emoji6]. So why spend money on that

Can anyone suggest me a gym shop in lahore , that sells good quality barbells and weights. I visited bodytalk at kalma chowk they had low quality stuff , Apollo sells fake stuff so didn't bother going there.

Appollo has quite good quality if money is not an issue ! I often visit there faisal town one

What do you mean by fake ?

Weights are meant to balanced and there true weight .

Rubber weights are 220/kg
Steel weights are about 180/kg

I started gym today after 5 yrs gap When I left gym I had a slight muscular body weight around 73kg but now I m all fat weighting 91kg and a big tummy
Need suggestions to lose weight and tummy. I don't have much time to exercise all day. All I have is 1 hour after office that is from 7:30 to 8:30.
Keep in mind I won't be getting any weight reduction supplements, pills etc. No special diet as I prefer pak food like karahi biryani qorma blah blah. I can live without junk food for 2 3 months.
I m thinking about 30 min treadmill running/Walking and cycling and 30 min intense game(shoulder, bi tri, wings). I already hav a deformed chest thanks to 5 yrs gym rest (men boobs) so I won't b lifting any weight on chest or it will get bigger
Need expert advice
Also note that I have to take dinner after gym that will b around 9 pm. Is it harmful to eat roti, rice (traditional pak food) right after gym as I won't be going out for a walk after that meal

Went to apollo to buy a table tenis table saw many fake tables with high prices ....

Anyway I will look into apollo on your word. Weights quality is not that important(Unless buying deghi loya) its the quality of barbell , dumbell rods and machines.

Here is what I do to manage time
Get upearly
Fajar 5 o clock
Gym 6-7 am
College 8am

Then normal routine

i have been following 42 day challeng for quite a while now , they are in Khi, Lhr ,Isld contact them to lose weight ! i cant afford that becuase they charge 15 freaking thousand for 42 days , which is out of my budget , if u peeps can afford that , then that would be very helpfull
