well before using the supplements must read the nutrition facts + the serving size , bcz it matters alot , we normally want just protein from supps but sometimes the supps have written that 50g of protein , to make ppl fool
actually when we find out that its the 50g of protein from about 300-500g of servings which is pretty useless and expensive normally
and on other hand if we see whey , it has about 20-25g of protein in 30-35g of serving
and deciding what to choose?
if you dont eat food I mean dont have much appetite so you could intake enough carbs then gainers are better
but if you eat good and eat enough calories in the deit then just whey is what your body wants
i'll recommened gainer only if you dont have time to eat 3+ meals a day and/or not enough appetite
and the best gainer , you can surely get hardmass no problem in it , but if you can research by urself too instead of your trainer that will be good too , check the supps around you read the nutritions in them and check the number of calories and serving size and price , do the math and find out best
