bro tbh i dnt trust online sites, i knw my gym trainer, i trust him but i want to make sure how much it actually costs in isb so he does not try to ripp me off, just in case.

He suggested i buy from him HardMass i dnt remember the exact name, ill confirm it tmrw but i also wanted to ask if u knew any supplements for gaining lean muscle that is original or uve used or ur frndz used it etc.

I have yet to start working or, my home gym will be completed and setup in coming days as it's on final touches of paint and other works, I had it custom made from scratch that's why.

Aa for the quality, it's an official shop of GMC so i wouldn't be that much worried and it about how it works and such you're better off asking pros in this field who knows about this stuff.

I'll be consulting a trainer and an athlete myself, who is also an official MuscleMania Champion in Islamabad for my needs and questions.

well you must be too much skinny then ?
well before using the supplements must read the nutrition facts + the serving size , bcz it matters alot , we normally want just protein from supps but sometimes the supps have written that 50g of protein , to make ppl fool
actually when we find out that its the 50g of protein from about 300-500g of servings which is pretty useless and expensive normally

and on other hand if we see whey , it has about 20-25g of protein in 30-35g of serving

and deciding what to choose?
if you dont eat food I mean dont have much appetite so you could intake enough carbs then gainers are better
but if you eat good and eat enough calories in the deit then just whey is what your body wants

i'll recommened gainer only if you dont have time to eat 3+ meals a day and/or not enough appetite

and the best gainer , you can surely get hardmass no problem in it , but if you can research by urself too instead of your trainer that will be good too , check the supps around you read the nutritions in them and check the number of calories and serving size and price , do the math and find out best

Dont think anyone from dubai ships online .. You will need some one in person to either ship or take with them to Pakistan

On the other hand you can buy from bodybuilding.com . They ship to Pakistan (Shipment is expensive though)

yeah i once tried to buy a creatine from them and had to pay more shipping than the original price of product , if in pakistan we can find that prices it'd be great , bcz here supplements are very expensive

Agree but In Pakistan you pay the same , but if you buy from bb.com you know its original

Like creatine from ON costs rs 1500 here in PAK you will get it around 1700-2000 rupees

Originality is the concern

So its better if some from abroad/dubai cam bring it for you
