yar here's a news for you recently some reputed lahore based dr. was on ptv he said that these whey proteins are extremely harmfull for youth and for it thers a safe and extremely cheap alternative that DAHI KA PANI i.e the kind of water which is left on the side of the vessel in which yogurt is made soshoud search about that
