Any Personal Body Builder and Nutrition Expert in Karachi?

Hello

Does anyone know any professional personal body builder trainer with Nutrition Experience...

I know there are couple of trainers in various GYMS.. but if you look at there BODY.. Its a Joke, how come they were chosen to be trainers...

Please can someone advise me a better preference to go with...

Should be in Clifton / Defence Area..

Workout & Diet Plan Help.

Hello guys,
I stumbled upon this thread and the advices given here have been pretty impressive.

I find myself in the same situation like most of new guys who have just started working out. Kindly take a look and advice on improvements.

Age: 27yrs
Weight: 63 kg
Height: 5'10"
Physique: Thin with a flabby stomach due to continuous sitting on office chair
Routine: Office 8am - 8pm
Gym: 9pm- 9:45pm
Sleep: 6-7 hours
Objective: Pure Muscle building
Calorie intake as per BMI: 2500 (needed)
Calorie intake actual: dont know how to calculate that

Ive joined a gym with the following routine:
Monday: Wings & Triceps
Tuesday: Shoulders & Forearms
Wed: Off
Thursday: Legs & Thighs
Friday: Biceps
Saturday: Chest
Sunday: Off

My diet Plan is like this:
Breakfast (0800 am): 2eggs, bread, butter, apple, bowl of cornflakes with milk
Snack (10:30 am): Home made Chicken sandwich
Lunch (0100 pm) : Rice or roti with salan
Snack (0430 pm): Home made chicken sandwich
Pre Workout : 3-4 bananas + milk
Post workout: 2-3 Boiled potatoes
Dinner (1000 pm) : 2 Rotis or a big plate of Rice

I havent been taking any supplements or protein shakes etc because theyre not within my financial reach. So, kindly advice me what more can i do to ensure im eating right and training well.

I have a beer belly and in three months i have to attend my cousins marriage. I am going to start jogging starting today and hit gym. Would be nice if i can reduce a little of my tummy in three months.

If you have access to android or IOS device
Install app "fat secret" . It is damn good app for calculating calories and portion of proteins ,carbs ,fats etc

Just stick to routine after 1 or 2 month judge your physique eg if belly is out of shape your diet is not up to mark i.e gaining fat

Visit bodybuilding.com many articles are there that will guide as you as well as motivate you

Eat clean , train hard thats alll

whats a good chest workout sequence ?


1- Bench press (Flat, Inclined, Declined).
Dumble Press (Flat, Inclined, Declined).
Dumbel Fly (Flat, Inclined, Declined).
Butterfly, Cross cables, Dumble pullover.
OR​

2- Bench press, Dumble Press, Dumbel Fly on Flat
Bench press, Dumble, Press, Dumbel Fly on Inclined
Bench press, Dumble, Press, Dumbe, Fly on Decline.
Butterfly, Cross cables, Dumble pullover.

Expecting answers tonight :)

Here is what I follow

Jog 5-10 min ( warmup)
Push ups (
Butter fly
Incline bench press (barbell)
Incline dumbbell press
Dumble flat bench fly
Dumble pull over
Cable fly

I alternate with flat bench barbell press weekly

please clear my confusion,pure desi ghee and pure milk have any disadvantages? can we take them daily? are they as beneficial as we listen from ppl or they have more disadvantages than advantages? these boost energy level and proteins if sum1 has routine of daily exercise and plays sports? thnxx

High in fats

They are healthy ,if taken in normal quantity

guys i dont know why but my damn love handles are poking out again. i want to know effective exercise that can reduce them at home, i have 2 8kg dumbbells, so kindly tell me some effective exercise.

salam everyone,
i have started going to gym. the instructor told me of some machines to use in start which he calls a mixture..but i want to know that what kind of food should i start eating..the main problem is that i cant eat eggs and bananas etc..as i hate these..dunno why..suggest me something else other then eggs and bananas to eat while gym

I eat a lot but don't gain anything.

I can start gym as well but I need something for height as well :(
