Dumble Press (Flat, Inclined, Declined).
Dumbel Fly (Flat, Inclined, Declined).
Butterfly, Cross cables, Dumble pullover.
OR
2- Bench press, Dumble Press, Dumbel Fly on Flat
Bench press, Dumble, Press, Dumbel Fly on Inclined
Bench press, Dumble, Press, Dumbe, Fly on Decline.
Butterfly, Cross cables, Dumble pullover.
