i'd say dont skip breakfast , you may eat less but eat all the meals , otherwise you will get alot of weakness problems , and dont be worried calculate that 77-78 is your body weight but how much fat you got?

i mean you are skipping meals and still you arent losing maybe its your nature's built , but if you arent losing fat this way then use herbs .... i mean tea green tea , and many other tea you can find easily in market , about all of them contain caffeine which will help you to lose fats, bcz sometimes its our genes , everytime they affect , positively sometimes negatively ..... so i think you should start eating breakfast , you can use eggs in breakfast theres no problem , and start using green tea

why you guys try loosing weight by hard method when there is a very easy way to loose all the weight.:|

There is no trainer where I go. The owner himself is a body builder and he gave me a routine to follow which was jog 10 minutes, cycle for 15, use the twister and lastly another jogging machine type thing for 5 minutes. So I said to myself isn't it much better if I play football for 1 hour, cycle for 1 hour and walk for like 15-20 minutes everyday like I walk for namaz and etc.

yes some thing similar to that. + lunges, lizard crawl and push ups = perfect package

Hey guys i was thinking of buying a punching bag.... main question is what should i fill it with? sand, saw dust,... any other material?
I tried a punching bag at my friend's place... it was made of nylon or something like that... ( material often used for school bag, don't remember its name :D ) is that a good quality?

Calorie intake varies with your physical activities so some
Rules for healthy and clean diet are
1:Eat natural food . Avoid any processed food such as packed by factories

2: Eat high quality protein diet which includes eggs ,lean meat ,fish ,chicken breast ,beans , low fat cottage chese ,fat free milk

3: Eat fruits and vegetables daily (for fruit see your calorie intake) eg apple citrus fruits

4: eat fibre

5: drink 3-4 lite of water

6: have adequate sleep 6-8 hours daily

7 : do not eat after 9pm (avoid) .

8: go gym or have any physical sports game ( necessarily for office workers )

hmmm no eating after 9 pm . thats gonna be tough

So you mean there are different types of gloves depending on the type of material of bag i buy?
Dont buy too hard gloves they'll hurt ur own hand n wrist when u punch.. try to buy somwht used not to used gloves they dont damage uer knuckles from personal experience n wear hand rope always.

It depend on your metabolism some people eat allot but don't gain any weight. Yes if you want to gain some muscles join a gym and start eating healthy avoid junk food. Whey protein is good for gaining weight.
