i'd say dont skip breakfast , you may eat less but eat all the meals , otherwise you will get alot of weakness problems , and dont be worried calculate that 77-78 is your body weight but how much fat you got?
i mean you are skipping meals and still you arent losing maybe its your nature's built , but if you arent losing fat this way then use herbs .... i mean tea green tea , and many other tea you can find easily in market , about all of them contain caffeine which will help you to lose fats, bcz sometimes its our genes , everytime they affect , positively sometimes negatively ..... so i think you should start eating breakfast , you can use eggs in breakfast theres no problem , and start using green tea
