i do not go to gym because there's no good gym near my house and no proper trainer,i do exercise at my home which include jogging/running and some other exercise(including bowling),actually i do all this because it helps me to play better cricket and aviod injuries as i do fast bowling which requires good stamina and above all,fielding as we get flexibility in our body and eye to ball conact gets better by doing exercise and i dont take any supplements ,should i drink milk?? is it any good or just makes you fat? i have read many disadvantages of milk on google and i'm confused??
well its like you have to know about your body type , i mean how much you take , gain and burn
drink milk use yogurt cheese , it would be fine for us because we are gonna skip for 17-18 hours and i dont know about your genes but on my side my body has a plus point that i cant get fats stored easily

and dont worry about the fats right now take care about the energy this month :)
if you have better strength to do stuff for longer you fats will be washed away
and i'd say that you should use milk daily in normal days too if possible but not recommended bcz i know the quality of milk :p

and on gym side , if you do in home the activities you mentioned are fine and you dont need to be worried more about balancing the diet then just eat whatever you do normally
and a glass of milk or milk shake of mango or banana wont make you fat dont worry :)

Yes. Remember to keep proper form and nutrition is a huge part of the game. High protein and carbs to put on size. Eat eat eat!!!! Meat eggs fish.

I want to increase the size of my body shall i use heavy weights in every exercise. !
well to increase size pumping is the way :)

What kind of physic is this show picture. my fore arms are very week.
lol actually i had the mass problem :p due to excessive cardio i recently noticed that i lost so much mass
then before ramdan i started to focus on getting some whieght:) so after this month will take care of diet again :)

More important would be nutrition. You could be in the gym, lifting heavy weights all day long but if you don't eat properly then it really won't make any difference.

okay let me search on google how to pump body...
more pumping and less reps !
well its like you have to lift normal weight , for example
barbell curl do 4-5 sets of 8-15 reps
you would notice pumping your biceps


its actually the increase of blood flow and your arms look bigger . and gradually you will get them bigger :)
if you got very less mass then use protein in diet
i'd say beef is best :)

and doesn't matter what muscle group you train , give them a break for 48 hours

like dont just regularly train your arms , take care of the routines n rest :)

Guys I just joined a GYM near my apartments , This was day 2 for me and this is my first time going to the GYM me and 2 other friends go with me 1 is experienced the other is just like me new . I have no idea what the machines are called but today my arms hurt like shit . I cant raise them it hurts so bad D:

I mostly lift like 20KG or 30 KG

Also my strength is more than average . i

if it hurts too much you can try brufen tablet.

i am 80 or may be 80+ right now, my waist is 38, I have tummy fat so want to reduce tummy and some biceps.

ok i got it
well i am suggesting you some exercises , these are best for you if you are beginner :)
do squats , push ups , reverse crunches , barbell curls , pull ups
well i cant recommened anything else but these essential even without sets/reps because i didnt see your body n dont know your strength
but 2 sets of each exercises would be fine if you are just a starter :) and 8 to 20 reps it depends on you , you have to check you body can do how much

and dead lifts too if possible

other things are complete your sleep drink enough water and blah blah you should already know that i think , so i dont think i've to write that too :)

other thing i wanna say that dont skip the meals , you gonna need energy if your weight is stable then dont change the diet plan but reduce taking fats ,

these workouts will help you losing fats too


and yes dont forget cardio , go run , do swimming , or jumping whatever suits you best
i can suggest you for jumping
do 2 mins jump n then 2 min rest do it about for half an hour

just for info; how much grams of protein do you guys take per day. I guess I am taking 60grms from food and its just fine for me don't want to increase.
well normally research say that .8 per kg weight of our body is enough for us.
how you calculated this 60g btw?


and mine protien intake depends on normal diet i never calculated protien ratio but everything is balanced , like veg , grains , meat etc :)

but in meat i mostly use beef instead of chicken
