well its like you have to know about your body type , i mean how much you take , gain and burni do not go to gym because there's no good gym near my house and no proper trainer,i do exercise at my home which include jogging/running and some other exercise(including bowling),actually i do all this because it helps me to play better cricket and aviod injuries as i do fast bowling which requires good stamina and above all,fielding as we get flexibility in our body and eye to ball conact gets better by doing exercise and i dont take any supplements ,should i drink milk?? is it any good or just makes you fat? i have read many disadvantages of milk on google and i'm confused??
drink milk use yogurt cheese , it would be fine for us because we are gonna skip for 17-18 hours and i dont know about your genes but on my side my body has a plus point that i cant get fats stored easily
and dont worry about the fats right now take care about the energy this month
if you have better strength to do stuff for longer you fats will be washed away
and i'd say that you should use milk daily in normal days too if possible but not recommended bcz i know the quality of milk
and on gym side , if you do in home the activities you mentioned are fine and you dont need to be worried more about balancing the diet then just eat whatever you do normally
and a glass of milk or milk shake of mango or banana wont make you fat dont worry
