Swimming is the beshhtt..:)..gym k sath...ive noticed k shape swimming se hi sahi ati if u dunt knw the exact techniques of body building..

its one of the cardio :) n yes cardio is must for all who love fitness :)

Guys, Two years before i used to take 2-3 raw eggs white after eating them for a year my heart got some problem and when ever i take protein diet i feel pain, warmth and abrupt heart beat. Thus i decided to leave that protein part. but now I feel weak my muscles dont have any power and i have started jym again.

I will not do more than 20- 30 min in jym and 3 days a weak. Because after hard muscular work my heat feel bad.

Today i have done the legswork out for 20 min.
Intake diet : half litter Milk (milk pack) + 50 grams peanuts and + One leg piece chicken + 100 grams boil potatoes.
IS it just fine to built some strength and a little bit of muscles. Keeping in mind the above situation.

And I am already feeling some thing on my heart.:shifty:

well there wont be any problem to get protein if you are working out n using them in right way,
i also use eggs everyday , n i know my activities n metabolism rate n intakes

and no problem for 3 days in a week , if you are getting serious pain i'd recommend you for a check up :)
if you gonna use milk , why dont you try to make a protein shake?
you will get strength n muscle both of course...... but depends on you workouts what exercises you are doing?

how should i do exercise in ramdan?? i do one hour exercise on daily basis,but i fear that if i discontinue it in ramdan then i will loose my stamina in 1 month,plz guide me what to do

what was your normal plan btw?

and dont worry about ,strength if you'd keep fasting the whole month you will lose ofc
moslty we go gym after iftari and keep it light this month less reps ,,, and if you arent on supplements take care of your diet like iftari then namaz k bad gym n then come back get a shake or something healthy then dinner and sheri normally whatever you wanna do :)

and dont worry if you are gonna lose the strength if your build is good and you will take light exercises then everything will be fine


on my side i just skipped my cardio for this month and changed the diet a lil bit increased the usage of diary items :D

i do not go to gym because there's no good gym near my house and no proper trainer,i do exercise at my home which include jogging/running and some other exercise(including bowling),actually i do all this because it helps me to play better cricket and aviod injuries as i do fast bowling which requires good stamina and above all,fielding as we get flexibility in our body and eye to ball conact gets better by doing exercise and i dont take any supplements ,should i drink milk?? is it any good or just makes you fat? i have read many disadvantages of milk on google and i'm confused??
