and dont worry about ,strength if you'd keep fasting the whole month you will lose ofc
moslty we go gym after iftari and keep it light this month less reps ,,, and if you arent on supplements take care of your diet like iftari then namaz k bad gym n then come back get a shake or something healthy then dinner and sheri normally whatever you wanna do
and dont worry if you are gonna lose the strength if your build is good and you will take light exercises then everything will be fine
on my side i just skipped my cardio for this month and changed the diet a lil bit increased the usage of diary items
