Is there any big reason behind eating brown rice over white rice ? I dont like brown rice tase , should I eat white rice for loosing weight

dont know about white rice , but i always eat white rice coz i only like it in the dinner lel

but i am lean , so i think coz of rice? well one thing is sure you will never gain eating rice , kuch log khety hien k chawal se banda mota ho jata he , but i am not moota :crazy:

Brown rice =complex carb slow releasing constant release of carbs over long time

Here in Pakistan white rice = biryani only things .. That make you fat

Due to quick digestion person feels hungry sooner !! So more meals more calories = fat

It is a long discussion dude , when white rice combines with protein source and fats ,then it is also becomes slow digesting carb, if we hate brown rice we can eat white rice , I have read so many articles about this

Guys, i have been bodybuilding since last 3 months and still my body is not getting hard just plumply and a little shapy.
What am i doing wrong?
My diet plan involves;
1 egg in the breakfast, 1 glass of milk and 1 bread toast.
normal salan and roti for lunch (2 roti's usually)
evening 1 glass of milk
after 30 mins i do workout
dinner is normal and light like 1 roti or maybe half more

is whey protien shake is safe or not for health ?
depends on which one you are taking.... good quality ones are better rather than cheaper ones... optimum nutrition's hydrowhey is the best around... absorbs real quick without any bloating or anything negative...

My cousin used something and it really damaged his liver.

Though he said he wasn't drinking enough water. I don't know if it matters or not.

i don't know how a liver can be damaged by them... kidney's maybe, if you do not drink enough water... these are food supplements... shouldn't harm you... and the one i told is the best of the best whey protein in the world and luckily available in pakistan... your cousin must have taken something fishy... what did he take?

Seems like u have only fat belly problem , rest of your body seems fine what you have to do is :

1) play soccer/football not as a goal keeper
2) start running early morning just drink 4 glass of water on empty stomach and after 5-6 mins do running , it's no shame on running , and please make a pause on fast food just simply avoid it .
3) boxing but it requires lots of stamina ur hand can get hurt as well , might feel little pain in shoulders to , but it reduces fat quite quick .

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
