Use supplements only if u cant prepare your own food...fresh protein is best.
Secondly fresh food gives much X times better and more protein and carbs than supplements....and way cheaper than supplements.

A good 5lb whey like for e.g. Muscletech Platinum whey 5.03lb is priced around 8500 in pak....it has 67 servings....one serving costs arounf 125 Rs ....it gives u just 24 grams protein...and thats too u r not 100 percent sure if 24g is there or not.

where as only 4 eggs can give 24 grams protein for sure...no doubt in it...and it costs only 35 rs.

Yeah because you are not loosing weight .. its very boring for us whoo are trying to loose weight

I can make many good things myself...plus bodybuilding/sportsmen diet is mostly boiled or half cooked things....the food made in indopak culture is horrible for fitness sports...that much overcooked and spices...thats y our bodybuilders max go to south asia/asia level and then boom...back to rest...lol

No i aint married yet....
if u have a look on some pro bodybulder video..u will see he will be preparing his food himself even he would having a wife ...and these pros have to prepare the food every 3 to 4 hours as they consume 6 to 8 meals a day.

You can eat cake pastries and still lose weight. Don't get yourself involved in this mindset that you need to eat more vegetable, or more fiber... Forget it.
