although the PC ver is not as optimized as gears but looks breathtaking with the added visual fidelity. plus it can run at 60FPS

also the crossplay feature is very robust. never had any issues while playing with usuf. this game is truly something!

yeah forza series by now is the best in racing and simulation aswell IMO... there was once a time that maybe gran turismo was far ahead but lately in the past few years especially with the last part that came out it's crap and next GT just isn't coming out delays and delays...

End of exclusive license with EA clears the way for new car pack

orsche automobiles, rumored since December to be coming to Forza Horizon 3, were formally announced for the Xbox One racer today in a seven-vehicle premium DLC pack.
The Porsche Car Pack is the first initiative in a six-year partnership between the auto maker and Microsoft's Forza racing series. Porsche also will make its esports sponsorship debut with The Porsche Cup in the third season of the Forza Racing Championship. Registration for that competition also begins today.
Porsche is coming to Forza Horizon because the automaker and Electronic Arts ended one of the longest running exclusive licensing agreements in video games. From 2000 to 2016, Porsche vehicles only appeared in EA games, primarily its Need For Speed series. There were some exceptions, but they were granted by sublicense from EA.
The cars included in Forza Horizon 3's Porsche Car Pack are:

there are like 5 car packs included in the ult edition, dont think the porsche would be one of them....

No. Both expansions are not part of Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition and must be bought separately (either individually or as a bundle in form of expansion pass).

Coming to Xbox One and Windows 10 in May

Hot Wheels are getting around. In addition to a recent cameo in Rocket League, Mattel’s venerable collectible toy cars are also coming to Forza Horizon 3, Microsoft announced today.
Forza Horizon 3’s Hot Wheels expansion — which drops May 9 on Xbox One and Windows 10 — goes beyond just a handful of playable cars. In addition to driving Hot Wheels originals like Bone Shaker, Twin Mill and Rip Rod, players will be able to race on courses based on the toy line’s iconic orange racetracks. That means twisting, looping stunt tracks that players can modify and share in the game’s new Stunt Swap feature.
Here’s Microsoft’s official description of what Hot Wheels will bring to Forza Horizon 3:

Forza Horizon 3 Hot Wheels takes players to six new themed islands located off the coast of Australia; all connected by a network of Hot Wheels tracks — positioned hundreds of feet in the air — featuring classic Hot Wheels configurations like loops, corkscrews, and more. This is stunt driving at its most extreme, where you can master tracks by performing brand new Hot Wheels skills that make use of boost pads, high-bank turns, half-pipes, insane jumps, and even giant mechanical dinosaurs.

The Hot Wheels expansion is part of Forza Horizon 3’s expansion pass, but can be purchased separately for $19.99. The add-on includes the following vehicles, some of which can be seen in the gallery below:
