Ok so I joined the PakG club...


@Journeys End: I was wondering who this Usama dude is :D - I'm so far top of the ladder... been playing non stop for a week... and I'll tell u my reason...

It's not the game is awesome... its cuz I lost my progress when I got the pink band :mad: - loadshedding screwed my saved game... so folks let this be a lesson... this game is known to f up saves for a lot of folks... after alot of forza online community searching and screaming... here is the correct way to turn off the game:

Hit the Home button on the xbox... choose the menu button and then hit Close. Then shut off the xbox... also use power save when shutting off the xbox (can be changed in settings). This is a complete shut off rather than hiberate. Hibernation can also f up ur game...

If by chance u are hit by load shedding while playing... simply unplug the XB1 from the internet and play the game when the power is back up. The 'sync' actually messes up the save... I had to restart my whole game ... lost all the nice cars i won through lottery :mad:

You can sync after you have started your game offline.

great :wink2: although its only fair to mention that i haven't been able to play it for 2 whole weeks now dont count on keeping that top position for long ;)

also i haven't ever faced any save issues but then again my complete setup is on UPS so power loss is not an issue for me.

BLOODY HELL!! those are some awesome screenshots! I havent been spending as much time on any of my consoles as i should, been occupied with PC games but i fully intend on spending the entire upcoming week on Xbox!

Ahaha and at 1AM I saw u beat me at rivals :D

No worries i took one or two victories back :p


BTW - New Pic! I love this car - only cuz it was recently found as a 'barn find' in Pakistan... Ferrari 250 GT LUSSO [Read]... It's amazing driving this car with Classical Music :)

nope..the console is completely global so you can get the game and dlc from anywhere! korean store has games way cheaper than US/UK ones which is why a friend of mine makes his purchases from there. The only issue is getting the XBL Wallet credit since i havent come across any stores yes which sell those cards

I don't know about the Korean's one but you can buy Xbox gift cards directly from amazon.

I had to make the Pininfarina Logo myself (my god thats painful lol)- but used someone else's Ferrari Logo. Therefore I cant share the livery online. :( - I also made the number plate :p

Can someone tell me how to turn off the background music? I have turned off the Radio DJ and radio volume and I can still distinctly hear an idiotic 50s English music or some shit like that.

Keep changing stations with the D-pad until it turns off. Although some events like the bucket list start with a specific radio station to suite the mood. U can turn them off too.

Also, do you guys think it's worth getting Xbox Live for this game? I got a 2 day trial yesterday and there wasn't really anything particularly interesting I saw, at least initially.
