The steps posted at OP are not used anymore..Which version did you installed??? I recommend skidrow version of MW2 MP as no patching is needed

[iFrag] , [RAP] and {X*X} clan are hosting good servers from Pakistan atm.

- ZOMIES PAKISTAN 24/7 (Managed by [iFrag]Mirror::::: 24/7 up time **
- SND by Mirror b3 and XLRSTATS on (Managed by [iFrag]RH & [iFag]Mirror ::::: 24/7 up time but due to some technical issues it's down periodically
- SND by [iFrag] MA::::: uptime mostly in Peak hours

** TDM by Mirror was recently converted into ZOMBIES PAKISTANI 24/7

Many servers like PAKISTAN SPECIAL FORCES, RAP are there but they are mostly down at peak off timings

Because even if there is a comparison, MW2 is better than that AND MW3 by miles. (MW3 however, does offer a balanced MP gameplay experience, but rest of the things are MORE Polished in MW2)

Anyway, considering there are plenty of Pakistani MW2 servers available, like iFrag etc, and that this PKGS is no where to be seen in that list ... this thread should really put to a rest.
