In the beginning apply as a monthly subscriber and once your connection is deployed and you're satisfied then shift to yearly package.

That's what I was thinking of but there is 5000Rs installation charges if i opt for monthly package. With yearly subscription its waived. Also in yearly package there is no tax , just flat fee where as in monthly package there are taxes to consider

Yes that's the only plus point of yearly package so it's UpTo you to decide. FiberLink is many things but they are not thieves I didn't hear a single case where FiberLink just run away with your money, they do take months to install but eventually they do it so if you can wait without any issues then you can opt for yearly package.

PTA is also not taking any action despite my complaint and status still shows under process. Has any body from this forum ever heard from PTA after a complaint and is it useful

guide us how to take up this issue with PTA

I don't think PTA can do anything about FiberLink as they don't give us any installation time in written form so as long as they don't do any illegal things PTA won't intervene.

They've quoted me 30 working days for installation. I currently have 16Mbps Ptcl connection so I am no hurry.
Ill gather some details regarding cancelling subscription if their service is unsatisfactory and apply.

Take these 30 days as a pinch of salt and just add 2 months in it yourself lol.

I expected as much after reading this thread. Still worth it as I pay 7k for ptcl's 16Mbps connection.
