I had 2 disconnections in last 2 hours, getting high ping but the speed is fine.

A bit of disconnections going on. Pings on EU seem to be on the higher side as well. SGP is fine for me. Speeds are fine as well.

Same here, although it usually has been happening to me during 11-12 45 from as early as my internet was installed ( a week or so)

Hey So U paid Extra 5000 pkr and U got Connection in 6 days.They also Said me the Same That I have to Pay 5000 Pkr for Urgent Connection.But many People Say me that don't give them Extra Money ,They will still take 1 month or more. I got Conformation From you Just i Need Other Reviews Of people Who Pay Extra 5000 pkr to Fiberlink

Yeah people also recommended me not to pay extra 5000 but i still did. But since you have a gigabit connection u might not need it that baldy

Problem with paying them extra (as per what I've heard from their deployment team) is that if they don't already have a cable near you, they'll still take the same amount of time for deployment, so the money would be wasted.

Make sure they have their main cable close to your house before paying them the urgent fee. This is basically what a friend told me who asked their deployment team if there is any real benefit for paying for urgent installation.

But i need It Badly Will get 200 Mbps 3 Connection and Double Speed At Night That's why i like Fiberlink they Give Double Mbps At night.

My Friend Is going to Get fiberlink Soon.So he Called them And they Told Him they will Give him Connection in 1 week without Paying Extra money Because There Booster Is Near my friend's home.

Anyone got their connection upgraded to newer speeds yet? Mine is still at 8 mbps and in happy hours getting 16 mbps. Expected speed is 12 mbps and 24 mbps according to their FB post.

Just did a couple of speedtests, can confirm I've been upgraded. Was on the 15Mbps package, getting 20Mbps now (outside of happy hours)
