No i haven't paid them but to be honest i am actually waiting for someone from fiberlink to come to collect the bill so i can tell them off for their subpar customer service really disappointed.

hum Peshawar walon ka to bohat bora haal hai ik he ptcl hai aur koi company nahi hai aur koi a server Peshawar mai nahi hai jis ke waja se ping bohat zyada hai about 50ms aur 4mb internet itna slow chalet hai kabi khabar ke youtube even 480p pe dekh na moshkel ho jata
It is down since 4pm yesterday.... i made a complaint and they said whole lahore has some technical fault... waiting anxiously to download game of thrones finale
None of the people I know in Lahore have been down in the last few days.
mine was down for 2 weeks, came back online mid day Saturday for 48 hours and has been down since. The first time it was a crossed fiber, this time it clearly is a backend config issue.
mine has been down for 5 days now... have been complaining daily, nothing happens... even tried all the numbers of their people i had in lahore, they are all switched off... i think they are just not interested in doing anything for the month of ramadan....
i want to ask you in which area you are living in lahore and what was the installation charges you paid.

I applied for the connection at the end of March and mine has been installed as of a month ago and i live in cantt so the permission thing is BS in my opinion.

9500rs... 5k for installation and 4.5k for the first month in advance... it took 2.5 months to get my connection installed... if it is in your area already then it should be a little quicker...
have to pay the whole charges in advance or after they install the connection .?
advance... basically i payed them and then forgot about it until they showed up at my home about 80 days later...
Right now I can't decide whether I even want the connection anymore if their service is like this.
we are 3 people who applied for connections its been 6 months and they were making excuses every time we called them that it will be installed soon. in may we talk to their manger in lahore and he said that he will refund the payment, then after 2 weeks he said to call billing deptt for refund. its been 2 months now on the first call the lady told me k "2 din may cheque ban jaega" and then after 2 days she said k "manager ni hen abi ofc may, since then verytime we call them they say k "hmare senior nahi arhe, hmare pas kam bht hy, aj b boss ni aye, chution pe gaye huye hen" even when you message on their whatsapp number they instantly reply you back. but when you ask about refund they stop replying to the message

Internet has been becoming super slow (100KB/s) randomly for around 2 weeks now.
We have disabled traderscore and are working on a fix. There was a bug with the plugin | Click for Discord

So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios. Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
