Does the fiber link charges you net even for the first month as there installation charges includes the bill for first month net connection ?

With reference to the feedback received from our engineering team, This is to inform you that, Due to some major issues on our upstream provider we cannot move our traffic away from the current route for few weeks. Therefore, Traffic for Gulf and Southeast*Asia region will face high latency on this path.*

Net is down, red light blinking, PPPoE not connecting.
Support says issue at backend, will be resolved shortly

guyz whenever my link is down and red light appears, i had to restart the device then it connects, last night it was for half an hour, then i restarted the device and it got connected. So what do you think is it my line issue? keep in mind the signal loss was higher in device web settings, i.e -31. I have not complained about this issue because internet has been working fine, it is just last 2 days, i had to restart the device 3-4 times. I assume when internet is down from backend and when it comes back, my device doesn't recognize the signal (due to higher signal loss issue) and after restarting it get connected.
