Just talk with the support and they acknowledged the issue and told me the link is down from there main fiber line and thier team is working. It'll be fixed soon but no ETA is given.

So if the team is working on the main fiber, I'm guessing no one is coming to check my line anytime soon. Guess I'll call them again tomorrow.

Yes it's probably just my connection. The major outage seems to be in Johar Town. The support also didn't know of any other complaints from Iqbal Town area.

Funny thing is that their guy finally came to collect the bill yesterday almost 8 days late. And before coming he called to confirm if my connection was up. He didn't want to face me otherwise since he knew my connection was down most of May [emoji23]

How are u getting update from them? They do not pick up the helpline number and they are not replying to my messages on whatsapp

They picked my calls both times.

Don't know if Lahore team is playing with Karachi office but there support again told me that they are still working and Lahore team told them it'll be fixed in approximately 1:30 hours.

Edit: Up again after 2 minutes.

Red light blinking now. Seems like the cable broke at the connector while I was trying to take out the cable and re-insert it. Whatsapp support is not responding. Any ideas?
