which branded system is best both of dell please tell me about them and which gpu i will buy in 12k with all specification and requriement of todays need

They both are different things.

Precision is a WorkStation, a Server platform computer. While the Optiplex is a Desktop Home/Business Computer.

Now why the hell do you want a Server?

If you want a computer, then specify your budget, and also state for what purpose you want a computer. Gaming or Work?

i love with dell with dell systems are too much costly and the system you asked about are not available here so mension us your budget and we will suggest you some better

oh & I forgot to mention, in 12k you can get a XFX GTS250 512MB. But with that, you should have atleast a Cooler Master 460Watt to run this card which costs 3500 Rs.

But specify your budget to get some better suggestions.

12.5k are reserve for gpu may hd series may be nvidia
so here we are i am going for gaming i use lot of consoles and pc
but from last 1 year i never play any game
now i come to know about new pc s gpu s and psu s so i join pakgamers in this repect you all having good in nature and help the needy so tell me which pc from where and how only 2 days left to buy i am impatients now and having lust to buy some thing really cool

i saw precision 670 in my cousins studio he is playing all high tier games on it with his hd3870 512mbs 256bit
it having 650watts supply by default 3.0 ghz xeon 2 processors 2gb ecc ram and 250gb hard disk he buy this without gpu costing him 20k he has core 2 quad q6600 2 gb ram non branded and his hd3870 512 mbs 256 bit 450 watts 1tb hard disk with asus 7700 vinto or wimto (jo bhi hai) performance vice 670 wins the battle chasis equal in size 670 may be lit bigger and higher now it upto you guys

Corsair 2GB XMS2 800Mhz = 3850Rs.
Simple Casing = 1200Rs.
Cooler Master 460W = 3500Rs.
WD/Seagate 320 GB 7200RPM 16MB Cache = 4200Rs.
XFX GTS250 = 11900Rs.

TOTAL = 35800Rs.

And Who the Heck said that Intel E6300 is a Non-Branded PC ? again

If by Branded you mean Pre-Assembled by ONLY ONE Company, then buy anything you want, Irrespective of the Performance/Specs factor.

going for i5 ddr3 next month INSHALLAH Thats ok the new mobo new Processor and ddr3
leaving gpu till december than buy something new right
