i've tried a benson, a cigar choclate and a couple of sheesha,
never really liked the cig...sorry

my friend told me not to inhale the cigar so it felt kinda lame too...i mean choclate...you eat...not smoke not inhale.

the best sheesha i had was a coustom made....we named it chemical X...have never been able to recreate it.

we mixed apple with another flavor, and there was this mint crystal which we mixed in the water/red bull combo.

i would love to say i quit...but i never really got the hang of it

holy shit man did you find dokha over here? cause i need it badly.. i moved from dubai a month ago and i ran out and im gna kill my self. we should get in contact and try to find some. i got my dokha from umm suqeim grocery in dubai , united arab emirates.

Also any nicotine gum/patches that actually helps in quitting this habit? But please only stuff that's easily available around here.

lol, i've been smoking for the past 12 years... and it is making a serious effect on my stamina :/ i can hardly climb one floor stairs and i am huffin and puffin :/ also i can't sit and work for more than an hour at max, then i just gotta get up for a smoke :S i am seriously an ADDICT to this thingy, and i wanna put an end to this.. all of u rest can kill yourself (good luck with that)

So guys , I don't smoke regularly.

But lets just say listen to my story.

So 1 years back in Ramadan, I smoked the whole month (after fasting time), and it was marlboro lights. Used to have 2 or 3 cigs daily with dokha.

Now again like a month ago, after a long time I smoked a marlboro and since then I wanted to smoke it quite badly. Back in ramadan I was not addicted or anything. It was just , I was with some people and there are some stuff you have to do , plus I wanted to do it. Now yesterday I had a cig, and today just like 5 minutes ago my body was aching and it needed another cig , and then I did one. Now im not addicted but idk why I keep on feeling like smoking :/
Any Ideas on how I should not touch a cig again , and why do I keep on feeling like smoking? Im going through depression and a friend of mine was going through it as well and she smokes and it makes her feel better, so thats why I did one yest and I think im going to get addicted, but I dont want to. So I need help guys.

And Im really young :/

That IS addiction, you feel the need to have more. (sm1) besides, these are just the symptoms of not smoking. Will power.
