That IS addiction, you feel the need to have more. (sm1) besides, these are just the symptoms of not smoking. Will power.

But im not like a smoker, who smokes daily. I just have one in a blue moon and all.

Its just that im around smokers a lot, cause my mamu and nana and all smoke and im near them most of the time and then I see that cig and just makes me...Uff.

But lol im not addicted. I just need to quit, and ive not even started. Will power? Any other suggestions?

Dude you're young and it's increasingly common for teenagers to get into cigarette these days. Especially because this time of life is the hardest, where you grow into an adult and there are all kinds of social problems do deal with. If you deal with it right, you'll come out a stronger man. I hate to say so but I am a chain smoker. Smoking history comprised of a almost a decade. My age now is 25 years.
I would do anything to quit, have tried many times but failed miserably. If anyone can help me with this? I just want to get rid of this at once.

Smoking in teenage can come from all kinds of different issues. People facing relative Insecurity, the need to fit in, the need for social approval, peer pressure are easily dragged into this. Just seeing others smoke isn't a big enough factor to convince a healthy youngster to start smoking. You need to deal with some social issues of yours, I can tell you have some. (Nothing serious) Goodluck! I'm probably just as old as you are, hope it helped.

i am the one who believe that different cig have different taste in different environment

though I am chained with this smoking habits but i will still say to all new fancy smokers " Quit it right now " its not good and you will regret smoking when you reach 30+ trust me.

well the malboro we get is 90 percent old(manufactured long ago if ur talking about imported ones)but even if local then i would prefer gold leaf!its fresh thus it has a good taste!

I noticed an electric cigarette in market a couple of days ago. Though cost 1k but it could be charged and works for months. But will it prove helpful in quitting this shit habit? I am too worried about it.

Ive never touched a cigarette in my life but yes i commit that ive smoked a lot of SHEESHA during my COLLAGE, and i was so addicted that i bunk from collage two or three times in a week. But its been 2 to 3 months and i haven't touched it since my collage is over.

I've smoked quite a bit companies (1 cig per company , not a smoker just had a taste ).
Can't tell the best one as I Have no experience, I mean what's fresh and what's not etc. To be really honest all cigs are shit, why do people smoke em :\. Still if I had to choose one I'll choose Malboro Lights/B&H
