Best Chest Specialist(Pulmonologist) in Karachi?

I have a persistent cough that doesn't go away. It is so bad that I cough until I vomit. I am very concerned about this. I have been diagnosed with different labels by different doctors.

Well my brother had similar symptoms as u. He had severe case of coughing where he would had to vomit in the end. It was so much severe that he would start coughing in the middle of the night. Doctor diagnosed him with Kaali khansi(Pertussis). It took him months to completely recover from it. I hope its not that.

Visit Dr. Rafiq Sheikh at Hillpark Hospital. I had this severe asthma problem, so I visited many docs, but only Dr. Rafiq Sheikh provided good solutions, other than just chemical medicines, and now Alhamdulillah, I'm free of that problem. I suggest you should visit him.

I don't know about peripheral hospitals much but in Liaquat National Hospital, it is Dr Ali Arsalan. A good experienced specialist. Check OPD timings from Liaquat National Hospital & Medical College
Depending on symptoms, you may have pertussis but this is VERY RARE now and nearly obsolete if you have been vaccinated in childhood which i assume you must have.

Any history of asthma , allergies or TB in your family ??
You have any low grade fever ? Night sweating ? weight loss experienced in past few weeks ?
What is your white cell count, ESR and did you get a chest X-ray ?
Sputum AFB smear ??

i didn't know that we can milk a donkey till now .... Just googled this and found Donkey Milk is also known as ASS milk lol.
