Made two swift transaction, on aliexpress.com and so cheap with not much additional charges and stupid conversion rates as they charge on my SCB debit card ..

Hell yeah bro, ill be ditching my SCB from now on, every time i transfer funds they cut upto about 400 rs for their every month stupid tax for not maintaining 100k/1 lac and stupid conversion rates which rip me apart and plus MCB card works everywhere as stated by [MENTION=24050]Optimus[/MENTION] on origin, steam, playstore and tried myself on aliexpress. Hey there, i didnt want to open a new thread for my query to an incident happened to me couple of days back which hasnt been resolved yet so,

I'm Little bit of worried here, So on the evening of 7th i was in bit of a hurry and needed 10k, so the nearest atm to my home is a MCB atm, and i have an account in Bank al habib, so i did the transaction and the ATM was processing then it gave me the card back and went out of service, so i rushed to another ATM and transacted the amount, i noticed chunk of cash missing from account when i came back home and checked the details there were two transactions of 10k.. So i called ASAP on the helpline and complained they said it will take 9 working days for cash to comeback, but most of the people around me ive asked if this happened with them they say the cash comes back after 24 hours including my father he said this happened with him couple of times but cash came back next morning, I don't know what will happen if 9 to 12 days pass and if still the cash doesn't comeback, then what would be the process and who would be responsible for it MCB or Bank Al habib ?

It charges back within a few minutes .. has happend with me many times.. so no need to worry.. just take out a ministatement and check it thoroughly.. or if it still hasnt returned then bsnk will help you out.

The duration in which the amount is re-deposited into your account is different for different banks and also on different occasions. A friend of mine had to wait for about a week to get it back while trying to withdraw from his ABL account through MCB ATM. I was returned the money within minutes while withdrawing from my MCB account at the MCB atm.
In any case, you will get your money sooner or later, easily or after some mehnat.

There are two things: 1) When the processing was complete and the card came out did you check the cash counter on ATM Was it empty. Because once my friend had similar situation. The card came out with no message but the money was out also from counter. He also left without checking. After 1 week dealing with his complain the bank stated that he left money in the atm in hurry and showed him footage lol. It wasn't bank fault so he got nothing. The amount was 5K something so he didn't bother to investigate further for cash return.

2) Some times due to poor network the machine is unable to complete the process and shows incomplete transition message. In this case the money is already deducted from account but not cashed. This problem is easily solved by showing bank statement to respective bank. In 24 working hours.

I stood there for 2 to 3 minutes but cash didnt show up, picked up the card and left and the bank just directs me back to helpline every time i visit them.

Your money is stuck in mcb atm machine "Cash retracted" Mcb have now excess cash.now its your bank responsibility to settle this entry

You will get your money. No need to worry, else file a dispute. Sometimes it happens. No need to panic.

Happens to me many time, no need to worry. First time it took 24hr to return from onward my cash usually returned within 2 or 3 hours.
