Requirements :D


  • A Windows Experience Index score of 3.0 or higher or...
  • At least a 2 gigahertz CPU
  • Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7
  • 128 MB video card
  • 1 gigabyte (GB) total system RAM (2 GB is recommended for best performance)
  • 3 GB of hard drive space
  • An Internet connection capable of downloading large (500 MB–2 GB) builds of the game

Even though I didn't like this change of direction at all, I'm still gonna sign up and give it a try.

7. Do not threaten or abuse other participants in the beta software or on the beta’s official Microsoft Connect website or official community website.
8. Do not attempt to hack, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the beta software.
9. Do not attempt to hack or otherwise interrupt the beta’s official Microsoft Connect website or official community website.
10. Do not attempt to copy or redistribute the beta software.
11. You may download one copy of the beta software and play it from one computer only.

Try to understand from their point of view, they aren't Ensmeble anymore they don't have the budget/resources to make a AAA title. Sure i would have loved a full blown AOE4 too but they need to start small that's why they aren't calling it 4. Have patience i am sure if this is successful they'll make AOE4.

Game has a full historical campaign. Plus new races will be added soon.

uhh,not really.Kinda like Team Fortress lighting/coloring n Warcraft-ish architectural design :/

But sure,im more into Online Gaming now so obviously i cant skip this even if i wanted to >:/

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
