Advice : A good phone under 2200

Hi,
Recently my cell was stolen (for the 3rd time in a year) and I was hoping to buy a new cell. As i have little to no knowledge about new cells in the market i was hoping that you can help me. I have set my sights on nokia 1202 but many have reported that its not good at all. Please advice me on this matter, as I need a cheap cell and my only demand is that it should have goood talktime and comfortable button pad for messaging. Thanks
