All these things zain want in 19,000 and android too. I don't think so it is possible. If he skip android thing then my suggestions is get this Samsung S8500 Wave with Samsung BADA O.S Read its review here REVIEW WAVE

This phone have all the things he want. Wifi, 5MP Cam + can capture HD Videos 720p@30fps, Resolution is 480 x 800 pixels & screen size is 3.3", Super AMOLED Screen, Many games/apps available on Samsung Appstore (and on internet)

New phone price is Rs. 29,000 He can get used one in good condition in easily 15 to 22k (price depend on warranty, cell condition & accessories)

He should go for Ufone IMAGE aka Huawei U8800, it got 720p recording along with android and 5mpix camera with LED flash, also its available brand new for 24k and although it is locked to UFONE carrier, you can get it unlocked from almost any mobile shop, But doing so will void the warranty.

But my recommandation is to tell your friend to what a lil while or Raise his budget to 35k, if he want 720p+android and then go for SAMSUNG GALAXY SL, got the same specs and features as its bigger brother galaxy S, except the SUPER amoled display and inbuilt memory capacity !

There aren't many android new sets in that range, your friend can check out the galaxy mini,galaxy gio ufone Image, xperia x10 mini. I can't say which is the best amongst these, you will find plenty of reviews for these devices online.There is also an option of HTC wildfire used or a non-android set.

first of all , I9003 is better the any iphone out there, Also in 17k, your friend can get brand new Sony Erricson Xperia X8, which has android 2.2+3.15mpix camera and Video Recording at 640X480[VGA],

I guess it is, TYPICAL PAKISTAN MENTALITY =P, they need to show off so they buy the most expensive stuff possible even if its TECHNOLOGICALLY inferior to other counterparts !

iPhone IS the best if you can afford it

Its has premium build quality, a great display, and the best application store.

Android has its own pros, but you need to be a techie in order to use that stuff (same goes for iPhone too lol)

iPhone is the best if u can afford it otherwise u can always say iOS is so closed as compared to android,u can change wallpaer,themes,battery icon etc in android and blah blah .........and there is a wide spread misperception in Pakistan that Android is the best b/c it is open . Peoples dont buy phones for openness so they can change themes etc.. they buy a premium phone for quality apps,games and super smoooooooth performance and thank God iOS doesn't need a dual core processor just to run smooth :0
