GGs to Basarat and Triggor. Dhalsim vs Bison was nice and I kinda feel cheap for how good Ultra Spark is against Bison pressure. Triggor...stay free. In the words of Mike Ross, your Able is ASSSSSZ.

tornado throw damage nerf - Dun Dun Dunnnn
roll's recovery has changed (not sure about this, seems easier to punish) -

U1 10% damage nerf - Oh Snap!
U2 10% damage nerf, slower startup, NO ARMOR(!!!), longer cancel recovery - Oh no they didn't!

Its okay, Abel is still tournament worthy. Fuerte is fucked. Plus you still have Fei

-cr.LK has more range
-st.LK is now kara-cancellable
-cr.HK attack box extended, and the damage box has been lowered slightly, making it easier to use as an anti-air
-cr.HP has slightly more active frames
-F+LP has a 3 frame startup (formerly 4 frames)

Specials
-EX Hayate is now armor-break, has a slightly faster startup
-Abuses will lead to baniage, when the arm is fully extended, the hittable box from her chest up is now barely there, attack box extended, so there are now almost no cases where it trades or is stuffed. It still can't hit grounded opponents. The start up for all versions have been revised (I'd assume to be faster)
-EX Tsurugi is now similar to EX Cannon Strike in what height the technique can be executed (instant EX Tsurugi?)
-UC1 damage distribution has been change. It still does the same total damage, but because of the change, will do more when the scale kicks in.
-UC2 has a faster startup

Other
-1000 Health
-Forward and back dash are faster. Now HP Hayate FADC cr.LK (and other normals) LP Hayate now combos

Wow. Nothing but fantastic buffs. Very happy for her. Not because I play her but because she deserves it. 1000 HP and godlike pressure makes her the new Fei Long....scratch that, that makes her Third Strike Makoto.

Yes bro i am. And i am planning to get Modded. Since ban wave starts around Nov i guess. So i do have much time to enjoy online.

but kinda sad about rose losing invincibilty on ultra2, it was such an effective spam.

Abel

• 2nd hit of Abel's Crouching Hard Punch has a smaller hitbox, both upward and downward.

• Tornado Throw damage reduced.

• Roll lost some of its hit invincibility at the end of it, making it easier to punish. There was no change to the recovery frames.

• Ultra 1 had a 10% damage reduction. Ultra 1's new damage would range from 309-450. In SSF4 it was 343-500.

• Ultra 2 10% damage reduction, slower startup, super armor gets removed when Abel starts to run forward and there's a longer recovery time when you cancel out of it. New damage totals for Ultra 2 should range from 295-440. In SSF4 these were 328-480.

More than happy for the blanks nerfing, man i just hate those shenanagins. BTW any new Dudley changes ? i so want them to make the Cr,hk a lil faster and slam some recovery in it and the standing roundhouse should be a anti air , although it still hits randomly as a anti air but m.mk is a better anti air .

Yeah Rose's Ultra was OP only when she has the life lead.
It doesn't allow for much comeback IMO. Nerf wasn't needed

i think the nerf was inevitable. because once you got the ultra the opposing character had very little chance of attacking what so ever. you just had to bait them into attacking you or jumping/dashing and that was it. sad man i was enjoying rose so much.
