The RDOD that you are referring to only happens when the wires at the base of the console are not connected to the coolrunner/glitcher properly. The wire is prolly lose due to a minor soldering error. Have a look here to understand what is happening :http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74694 It is the point 'D', or the cpu-rst wire (blue wire in this diagram) that causes such an issue. If the yellow and blue wires are not connected properly, this will cause an issue. Waseem bhai has responded to your post. Get it done by him. It is a pretty easy solution :)
PC hardware and stuff like that is my love, so I just do research for myself and then share with other's.

I played each map about twice, been playing Skyrim and Batman lately. I can almost never manage a positive score man, don't know what I'm doing wrong, really starting to not enjoy the game due to my playstyle. Most servers were full back when it came out though.
Crack problem apparently, Skyrim's now put on hold. Game halki halki stutter hori hai lekin. drop from 60 to 44ish at times for a second. Chalo kheir hai cha tou gaee.
You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
