Mine is Adyala exchange but I am already using 16 MB VDSL on my number. Then what might all the digging be for?

Maybe GPON coming to your area... Lol finger crossed... Anyways, call 1218 and ask if your exchange is upgraded for transformed package.

Edit : why dont you ask the guys standing there in PTCL vans lol

Well. Ghee shakkar. :D Lekin phle transformed packages to ayen na zara, phr he GPON ka koi faida ho ga!! [emoji14]

The vans are always empty. Don't know where the people in them go because as I drive past them, all I see is manual labor digging away. Maybe I will ring my line man tomorrow and get the info from him. My original line man got posted somewhere else and this new one is a bit uptight. This is why I scooped in on the forums first ke pata chale scene kia hai. Lol.

yes maybe you have to call the lineman and he will help you. I spoke to my line man and he said that Cantt Exchange has been already approved for GPON and it will be provided to customers very soon ! ;)

As soon as I get GPON , i will just switch to 20Mbps GPON package instead of VDSL :) hopefully in about 6 months or so. VDSL is not bad at all as well. ;) really enjoying it :)

Wow, Cantt Exchange is really moving fast Masha Allah. :)

Looks like us smaller exchanges still have a long way to go. Will keep you posted on how things are on my end!

They will lay down the fiber to home and upgrade the exchange for Gpon connectivity and voila :) you get fiber to home ;)

yes indeed ;) I am waiting for Nayatel for years now but they are so pathetic that they are not expanding the coverage , they are near my house and they need 3 more houses in my area to expand the coverage which sucks ..

as soon as I get GPON from PTCL , i will email nayatel and show them that PTCL has done it :) and they can keep their 7Mbps connection to them now :) LOL

Savage man. Here we have Nayatel coverage but being heavy users, the morning to evening speed and data curfew seems counterintuitive. I hope when transformation of the 100 main exchanges of PTCL is complete by Q1 2019, Nayatel will wise up and offer more competitive packages/coverage. Else, they will become obsolete.

GPON will be good if you will subscribe their 100Mbps.Wont they ask for kharcha for lying fibre till your house? like nayatel they will also ask for users loL

No PTCL would not ask anything as their FTTH will be everywhere unlike nayatel who needs NOC for a certain area... PTCL will blow nayatel away very soon... :)

All having slow speed issues, i am really surprised that mine is working pretty good. Streams are smoother than before and download speed is awesome too.

Pings are really high since the last month. Hovering over 300 in every damn region. I can't play a single game. These fucking pigs in their broadband noc just jerk each other off whole day. Fucking useless and incompetent bunch of pricks.
