Im so tired of calling them again and again and explaining shit again and again , it was on pie last night now it's on tw , they kept saying if it updates automatically it has found the best route I mean what best fucking route was it to increase 45 Ms to 160 Ms and hongkong 115 Ms to 390 Ms . I'm done with this
They do what suits them. They don't care what pings you get to a gaming server.

TW just told me that they are getting less than 30 ms to i3d.net now. Unfortunately it hasn't changed for me. It looks like they only changed their own prefixes and not for fiberlink Storm fiber etc. So the fix is here for those who have TW. I have been pretending to be a TW customer all these 3 months so can't even say anything LOL

Does anyone know when pings to Dubai are going to get fixed. I'm still getting 140-160 in dubai. 120 in SEA. [DOTA 2]

Exchanges with transform packages as of 17/08/2017. The info was provided by a source within PTCL. I was interested by the 'Hybrid' written in the title. Upon which the party was kind enough to explain that some of these exchanges are fully transformed (they only offer transform packages) while some of them offer both transform and standard packages (hybrid). But the end goal is that all these exchanges would only offer transform packages once the customer shiftover is complete. Interestingly, transformed and hybrid exchanges are not marked. But I think the newer additions might be hybrid.

Faisalabad is one lucky city in terms of these packages - I think all their exchanges offer them. Whereas there is no mention of Rawalpindi at present. :/

I am really surprised that how come rawalpindi is not yet in the list.
TW1 has been fixed and only PIE is left which would be fixed soon ,then maybe these packages will be available in RWP .

I am so sick and tired of ptcl . I had to downgrade from 12mb to 2 Mbps because from July bill they have started to charge service tax from 78 rs. To 780 rs. Which has increased the bill up to 700 rs. Plus on 12 Mbps my ptcl smart TVs was eating my real internet speed instead of dedicated speed of itself . Pathetic speed .once I fix my satellite dish to watch Pakistani channels I am going to get rid of this ptcl crap and maybe go to zong 4g internet

Its not about PTCL mate. The government has implemented the new internet tax so thats not there fault. Secondly , how much was your profile created for 12Mbps connection and Smart TV?

Can you all chill with the trace routes? It's cluttered up the past 2-3 pages and if you really have to post them, learn how to use the spoiler tag.

It takes time for this shit to get back to normal. Wait till end of August and do realise that sometimes the routing to a particular server is beyond the control of your ISP.

Same on fiberlink but 150 ping. It's because our prefix is not being advertised. Working on it. Let's hope for the best
