needed some help , you advised me to buy rock zircon some time ago and i went for them , but recently the got washed off and aren't performing the same as before *sigh*. So i wanted to ask if you know any other site from where i can buy them or if you can recommend me any other headphones that are better than these or if you can recommend any other site where i can buy them ?

I'm afraid only option to buy Rock Zircon right now is through Ali Express. You can find them for around $10 with free shipment but they might take some time (10 to 50 days) to get here.
If you decide to buy from Ali Express then KZ ED9 is also a popular option in similar price range.
Sound quality wise Siberia v2 are good, particularly for price around 2k. But they aren't very durable. Although most of the times the problem is with their volume knob and you can repair them by soldering the wires together directly by removing the volume knob.
If you can import from Ali Express then you can buy Superlux HD668b for around $30-$35 with free shipment. If you want to buy locally and want new then Edifier H850 for 3.5k-4k is a good option in my opinion.
Anyone Using Corsair Raptor HS30 headsets ? hows the mic quality ? and any other best headphones in range of 4.5k-5k max ? mic and sound quality should be good as the main purpose is online gaming.
Call me an idiot but i bought a Bloody G501 headset.
Now im stuck with the software issue.
I think windows is overriding its program over its own?
Got any idea on if windows driver hamper with USB headsets?

how is the sound and stuff especially that positional/directional sound thingy they claim??good thing is A4T Bloody products are cheaper here than at Amazon
The design is comfortable, light weight and the cups are so soft that they dont even put pressure on your ear at all.
as for the sound.
I dont know how to feel about it.
It certainly sounds better than the cheaper headphones
and its only 16bit.
Aaand as for the light bass, it doesnt even exist.
Its more focused towards gaming.
7.1 is simulated so its like every other cheap headsets says it.
And it doesnt sound good because the quality drops compared to gaming mode.
for music, the 2.0 is simply a perfect thing. (No bass vibration though)

Anyone here who can lend me an external headphone amp (portable or not) for a day? Or at least just let me check my DT 770 on them. This is the second time I've come across presumably broken piece of the same model I'm using my DT 770 off my Sound Blaster Z's amp but they crackle at high volume (bass, explosion sounds etc). These cans are brand new. I was facing the same issue in my previous purchase so I got them replaced but the issue still persists.
I even used another sound card just to be sure and still facing the same problem

So I've a Sony MDR 100 and the cable it comes with is very short which makes it uncomfortable for me to use it with my computer.
Can anyone link me to a high quality audio cable ? or maybe a DAC if it comes with a long cable, both work for me.

Sorry for such a late reply. If you want headset then the best option in my opinion is to get Kingston HyperX Cloud Core from AliExpress for around $50.
If you want headphones then Superlux HD681 Evo is a good option for around $41. Superlux HD668b is also excellent for gaming and is even cheaper for around $30.
If you want to buy locally and new only then Edifier H850 is very good in my opinion and is available for around 4k. Although I haven't used it for gaming so can't comment on its gaming performance. And it requires a bit more power than other headphones I mentioned. I have to turn volume up a bit up when using H850 to get similar sound volume as other headphones.
About the Siberia v2 (used), don't buy it online and buy it in person only. Currently Hafeez center is full of Siberia headphones which have changed pads, wires and maybe drivers as well. Check the headphone in person to see if you can spot some repairs and play some music from your phone to see if you like quality and volume level of both sides is same. If you like the sound quality then why would it matter if it has changed drivers

Steelseries Siberia and 7h/5h extension cables are available for around Rs.300. They are of good quality and probably the cheapest way to extend cable length with a quality cable. Although you would need an audio splitter as well to use your headphones with your PC (for microphone)

I've also come across the JVC RX700 on BHP and Amazon. Cost is 35$. I've seen people fawning over these. What do you say?

Thanks to [MENTION=127279]mac007[/MENTION] for letting me use his Fiio E07K (and his great hospitality) I was able to confirm the fault in my DT 770. We did a simultaneous comparison with one of his Tristar headphones and the sound from his 5k headphones was way better and crackle free on high volume lol.
Guess thats an end to my relationship with Beyerdynamic. Off to look for AKG or Sennheiser.
