Yes I can.Ohh thanks, motivation is not the issue I just seem to have a hard time gaining weight. A question, what counts as a "meal"? If I have like 2 mangoes (full) is that a meal? Or something of similar size. ?
And I seem to be able to do more pushups everyday, went from 7reps/3 sets to 10reps/3 sets in a week, is that just because my body is getting used to it or am I actually growing stronger? There isn't any visible difference

Yesterday was my 5t'h day in the gym. Started biceps. I got a trainer so its all good. For 4 days we worked on chest. Now biceps. I'm concentrating on getting 6 pack back, getting my veins out and getting biceps and a small chest.
