Xperia Z2 Urgent Help needed.

Hey guys so my cousin was messing with the phone and he somehow uninstalled the Updates of Google Play Store and Google Play Services and no i am getting "No Connection Retry" on Google play tried every single method form internet except the Root one because i don't wanna root my phone. Did a factory reset too, Any help from you guys will be appreciated Thanks

Brother i have installed the Hotspot Shield Vpn and with that i successfully.added.the google account but still im getting the same.error.
