PTA has approved 4 phones for now; Xiaomi Mi Max, Xiaomi Mi 5, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and Redmi Note 4.

No MTK's, Thank god. Lets see how the public responces to the announced slightly higher prices than the international market. Overall a really nice addition!

So the guy was right.

Its not officially Xiaomi itself but Smartlink is importing the phones, keeping their own profit and then selling it. Hence the price hike.

Its officially xiaomi. Smartlink technology are just providing after sale service. You guys can also bought mi products from mistore.pk after some timesnright now only 3-4 products are there.

Mi Max price 24K is completely according to Int. Market, Its also selling in India on same price when you convert PKR to INR. Look





While Note 4 is a bit expensive but only a bit. If you see indian price below




It costs around 17250 PKR there. You need to remeber that there are few taxes on smartphones in Pakistan as well. 1500 or 2000 If I am not wrong. Which made price to 19200. Means they are charging 2K extra. Which I am not finding so much, but You may.


What I think is there Note 4a will be sold more than any phone (due to price), than Note 4 and Mi Max will be least sold (due to price and 6.5 inch tablet size screen), so they hiked couple of thousands as per demand, which they found justifiable but again You may not.


There other products are also cheap




These products are available on mistore.pk right now with Cash on Delivery facility.

Yar itna b koi lakhon ka farq nahin hai. Apni countries mein import duties, custom charges aur taxes dekhe hyn? Woh add karo shayed 500 rupay sasta hi bech rahay hon yahan.

Lagta hai Mi Max ki cost inho ne baqi products main distribute kardi aur bas Mi Max international price pe sell kar rahay.

Mi Max ki same hai. Magar yar hamari country mein BC tax b toh bohat hyn. Agar Hiawei aur Samsung wagaira ki International price aur Pakistani price dekho to zameen aasman ka farq hota hai. Yahan toh phir 1-2 hazar ka hai.

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
