Guys my redmi 4a's touch gone bad from bottom and navigation keys were not working too, so I submitted it for warrant claim, now they are saying I will be charged 5500 for panel replacement because panel found damaged from inside -.- (I dun believe them but what can I do [emoji17] )
5500 only for panel, the phone itself is of 10K

I'm regretting buying that redmi 4x now, which I bought right after my redmi 4a touch went bad, is it the xiaomi devices are very delicate or the service center guys are a rip off

If phone is not droped pannel replacement comes under warranty claim. Ask them to replace under warranty otherwise threaten them to go in consumer court.

Demand written policy where they mentioned spare parts replacement doesn't come under warranty. I am sure they will not have any. They are just pressing you to pay.

OPPO did same thing to me when I had Find 7 3 years ago. They asked me for whopping 16K for pannel which they replaced free later. Take your lawyer friend with you [emoji3]

Yes it's slow even 4a keeps apps in memory this one lags on 2gb variant after the update I will update to China beta ROM in few days if I'm not selected for miui 9 global beta ROM that's coming on 25th for 4x

Yeah, something is wrong, despite having faster processor the performance is inferior to redmi 4A,
