Xdvd mulleter 10.0 beta.. what is it?

Could anybody tell me what is it used for. And i read somewhere that you can burn a game by any region...is that true??

XDVDMulleter is an iso extraction/creation/rebuilding app with several
features making it useful for more precise dumps as required by xtreme
firmwares.

Most stuff currently doesnt work for xbox360 games, but when someone
works out the extra security itll be added

It supports layout files as made by XDVDFS Tools/Moogui, and can create
them from an ISO

It unpatches and checks xbes within an iso to ensure they have valid
signatures

It can rebuild an ISO on the fly, with optional video partitions and
security things

It can insert SS/PFI/DMI into an image which doesnt have one, or replace
one which does

And it can load ripped xbox 1 discs direct from the dvdrom to save time
ripping them

It can convert dvd9 to dvd5 and back again, or just strip the padding
from a dvd9 making it much more compressible.(only for samsung drive)

It can make your old xbox 1 scene releases work on xbox 360 either on
dvd5 or dvd9

And i read somewhere that you can burn a game by any region

you can't burn game with this software.

But can you change the region of the ISO of the game ??

no u can't even change a region of the game.

Ahhhh man ... i was thinking that i can change the region of the games i download.

u can check the region of the game before u burn it on a dvd!! as u can never be too sure of the content availlable for downloaidng!!

^So do you mean AFTER i download the files i check what the region code it iss ... or do you mean something else .. ? o.0?

before downloading u can easily check wether game is region free or not without this software and after downloading u can check the game iso wether it is stealth patched or not using xdvd muleter.

And stealth patch meaning that it will run on the hacked firmware, rite .. ? And the games which say NTSC only, work on the 'J consoles ??

most of the games availalbe for download these are ixtreme patched means u wont get banned ifu go live with them..

And please correct me if im wrong here .. PAL are the Europe version games and NTSC(US version games) work on J, U, PAL systems ....
am i right or wrong??

Could someone please explain me how this works because i don't want to end up downloading the game that doesn't run on my console?

Pal = Euorope and Australia
NTSC UC = Amarican and canadian
NTSC J - Japanese or asian
