Will I be banned....(Need hel from Expertees..)

I was Banned 2 years ago on my previous 360.At that Time my Gamerscore was 1060.I kept playing after being banned and now my score is 10000 and My Beloved 360 has showed be Inevitable RROD.Now I m planning to buy a new 360 so if I plug my Hard Disc with my new xbox, will i be banned ?
Note: Last time I went to Live,My gamerscore was 1060 and If I log in to Live this time with My new 360 with 10000 points.....Will MS Ban me or what ?

I thing you can play as hdd doesnt have anything with banned console.

Yes you can keep playing on your new console, as only your console is banned not you gamertag..

I used the same profile which i used on my previous rrod 360 on which i was also banned, and i haven't been banned uptill now on my new 360

MS bans consoles (most of the time) and not the Gamertag. When you plug your hdd into your new console you'll be able to log onto LIVE.

Radd Bhai I M just afraid of that When I will be logged in My Gamerscore will be updated from 1000 to 10000 Suddenly ....errr so Is it safe ? ya phr mein aik dum 9000 scores ki wajah se MS ki nazro mein na ajon ?

U wont be banned dont worry but dont go on live until new firmware arrives and proves to be safe i have lost my faith in ixtreme now as MS have finally detected the firmware and it wont be too long for them to detect the new one is well .....
