My story so far....gave order this morning and guy shows up in the evening. Turns on the device and tries in a few rooms and only getting one signal bar. I ask him is just one bar enough for proper speeds. Promptly replies "of course sir". Not entirely convinced I proceed to ask him a half a dozen more times "Is one bar enough?" but every time he says we are not allowed to give to customer if signals not ok. Also have two days testing period in which can return the device if not satisfied so I go ahead and pay. Takes money and says will receive account activation call soon and then can start to use.
Receive call from their head office about 1.5 hours later and they refuse to activate my account. Says we are not allowed to activate if less then 2 signal bars. I go WTF and they say outright the guy lied to you. So I call the installation guy again who says "just tell them getting 2 signals" and "I don't know why they are asking for signals". So I received call again from their office and say getting 2 signals now so they go ahead with activation.
Let's see how it goes but not impressed so far with their attitude.
