For me it was Street Fighter V , after Ultra street fighter IV had amazing connectivity and i had over 500hours of playtime on it playing online i preorderd Street Fighter V for full price.. boy was i in for dissappointment it was plain shit half ass game barely any modes , no keyboard remapping , bad connectivity and only few characters.

to make matters worse when i made 2nd account on steam later i thought the game would be better now after so many dlcs etc i bought the game again ..

fool me once shame on me fool me twice well it was just a stupid decision lol.

Controls were shit, performance is still terrible on base PS4, the philosophy behind designing Trico's AI is pretentious garbage of the highest level. There are some truly awe inspiring moments in the game but sadly you have to have the patience to sit through possibly the most frustrating gameplay ever to experience them.

The Last Guardian
Controls were shit, performance is still terrible on base PS4, the philosophy behind designing Trico's AI is pretentious garbage of the highest level. There are some truly awe inspiring moments in the game but sadly you have to have the patience to sit through possibly the most frustrating gameplay ever to experience them.

one of my friend came out of his home holding this disc and he said here i know you havent plyed this game so play it .

and i was like "Yeahhhh its not my type of game if u understand "

and the moment of him holding the disc towards me and as i said tht .. the moment became super Awkward xD.

Nier Automata.
It might be a good game but it sure as hell ain't an RPG (as most people said so in reviews). Needless to say i refunded it, my first ever refund on steam in about 10 years and 250+ game library.

dare I say, Halo and Final Fantasy franchise

I am sure they are great series, but I feel like I joined both the franchises too late, I didnt have any emotional connection to the characters or story, and they didnt "connect" with me in terms of their gameplay. Specially talking about the turn based FF games here and the halo's floaty mechanics

altough i havent purchased many digital games and i got them on sale mostly
but Beyond two souls are pvz garden warfare are the purchases that i regret the most

I bought overwatch twice on pc and ps4 at full price and thats the best investment in digital games that i can remember

FIFA 2018 on the Switch. The only reason for getting this was to play online and I have not, on a single occasion, been able to find an online opponent to play a match. Either the match making sucks or there is absolutely no one playing it on the switch.

Hmm let's see.... from my recent memory: Rainbow six siege gold edition. Yes I bought the gold edition by falling into the hype..had my eye on this game since E3..and boy what a disappointment this was. Terrible servers, no bot matches, no single player, bad co-op experience, players teleporting all over the map, random disconnects, hackers...just overall a terrible experience..I ve seen better servers in f2p games. other disappointments would be just cause 3 and also Arkham Knight PC version

The game had terrible optimisation, constantly stuttering and frames dropping below 30 fps Even on low settings it had no positive effect on fps. The world was bland, empty, the story was just meh and worst of all that terrible vehicle handling specially motorcycles.. just painful. Glad I was able to refund

Final Fantasy is kind of love it or hate it series. There is no middle ground or mixed opinions about it.
Also it highly depends where you started the series honestly. Final fantasy has many good to great games but LOTS of utter crap games so yeah if you started the series from FFXIII you probably gonna be disappointed. I also feel the same way, i regret buying some FF games but other few are totally worth it (if you get over turn-based combat system that is).

Overwatch....Because i have been addicted on it so bad that i havent played another game for almost a year now
