who is receiving this msg from zong network

I as well as some peoples received this msgs from friend or family no. (or any saved no. in ur mobile) :grr::grr::grr:

i also received such texts.
this can be due to;

1) if some one is trying to contact you and your number is either busy/not responding/not answering

or

2) a free message for calling back. (some one told me if u don't have balance and you want to send such a message, u can do it by using some codes)

how would receiver know who sent the msg if one is receiving with the another number he's saved ? (might be friend/family number)

it usually comes from the number of the sender.
but if it's coming from the zong center to you then it may be a system problem
