Wateen Down in DHA Lahore???

My Wateen Net + TV has been down since past 4 days and I've complained multiple times to no avail. No person has visited my residence or called back for a fix yet. Even my neighbours service is down, so I'm assuming it's due to rain but this is pathetic customer service.

Anyone else facing this issue in Lahore???

Thanks for replying, I'm in Phase, Y Block, I think water went into the small underground box they have outside my house due to which a couple of other houses are also effected.

But 3 days have gone and no fix yet, planning to visit them tomorrow and give them a beating!

I am using Triple play. Complain on their Facebook page as well. They do take notice of that.

I hope that will bear me a better fruit because on the phone they just keep saying " we'll try our best " generic nonsense and it's been 4 days now without any updates.
