ok guys
was thinking of making a thread merged with the 5850 and the psu hdd
but the gpu went back in warranty and will be i think getting a new piece on sunday

i used to get white vertical lines
actually at first the lines werent there but whn iinstalled the drivers the lines started to appear..so the guy took it back for warranty
then when i researched the net..there was a driver problem with win 7 64 bit and 5850 the the new catalyst drivers 9.11 drivers
called the guy today he said u can come on sat or sun to get the new card
went with the coolmax usa psu
as it is 850 w aluminuim and cheap
i mean i was getting a gigabyte odin 620w psu or thermaltake 600 w psu.
but then decided to get this one.
and i am pretty happy with the results
at 100% load
5v:- 5.003 V
12v:- 0.76 had the same problem with my previous psu in bios is 12.167v
3.3v :- solid 3.34 v solid straight line
