9 is correct as 11 would be your overall trade score, when you would have dealt with same seller again, a rating msg would be displayed but it won't be added to your trade score.

For example if you dealed with Janasheen for the very first time then a trade score would be added to your tradescore, but if you deal with him again some time later and you recive a trade score, then it won't be added to your trade score unless a negative feedback (which is displayed on your post but it would be counted on your overall trade score).

Dear Admins,

My trader score shows as "9" whereas i have 11 positive score. Please correct it. Thank you
My TS shows as 35, but I actually have 40.

Tradescores from the same user only count once.

This is such an unfair system. You need to trade with different people to get a score!!

The score should be based on individual transactions, irrespective of the trader.

Think of it this way, if you're buying a car from a used car dealer and that dealer has sold 50+ cars, but all to the same guy, who could possibly be a friend in real life or whatever. Would you buy a car from him just based on the review of one guy or would you rather hear from multiple people that he's legit?

The amount of ratings does go up, the score itself does not. That's how it works, that's how it's always been.

There are two scores that you have.

One, is the Trader Score itself, which represents how many POSITIVE deals you have had with UNIQUE sellers/buyers. On the other hand, there is a TOTAL transaction counter, which gets an increment depending on the positive deals you have even if it be with the same buyer. It can be found in the iTrader section of your profile.

It's not an unfair system. In fact, it's quite the opposite. It's the best way to build 'credibility', and we have had it for almost a decade now....

Either we can count every single trader as +1 or we can count every unique trade as +1

I think the system is more robust and better (and less chance to "cheat" the system) if we count every unique trade as 1+
