Trackball hunting,please advise

I require one of these thumb-scroll trackball mice. Has anyone seen any of these on any local website or at any particular shop in Karachi? Please advise..

never saw a trackball in the market but why you want to purchase this ? its usually used for graphical work but some new mice perform better then this so get a mouse instead or purchase a professional trackball without mouse.
also i saw some keyboard with trackball some time back in the market so try searching in market for those types of keyboards

Its required for a handicap person. Already had a thumb-scroll trackball, but its dead now and he's having trouble using a regular mouse with a wheel scroll.
