Tips n Techniques for Walk/Jogging

alright fellows em 20+ n my tummy is out alot,it has started to annoy me so much that i started to work on it even though i got exams in june.
i used to walk before but then it just stopped though i think walking wasnt enough
so this time i started jogging,i jog like for one round,then i get tired n out of breath,got asthma too,after that its half round rest n so on same way,i think jogging yields more than walk
but i think brisk walk is almost equal to jogging,from yesterday i started brisk walking n that is really killing my lower legs,after 2 rounds i had to stop n rest,n then rest after each round,after 5 rounds i decided to jog but the pain didnt let me
today again same brisk walk routine except that this time after 5 rounds of brisk walk,i was able to jog but after half round,unlike b4,i didnt ran out of breath like i used to,but the pain in legs stopped me n then same after another half round
well i need tips n advise to keep continue this routine,i really want this awfully big tummy to reduce,it annoys me alot even when em sitting.its not like that i eat alot but i just dont play any game or walk etc so eventually over the years it started to grow n grow n now its so much :crying:
though in exams i do feel hungry alot while studying but still i dont eat too much

I'll tell you what. Forget soft drinks and I assure you, weight dropping from there only.

Drink grapefruit juice early in the morning just as you wake up and as Yawar said, stop taking soft drinks. Remember one thing that controlling your diet would be a more easy way to reduce weight. I have cut down my roti diet to only half a roti along with meat which is free of fats. Believe me, I was called fat at school back in the days, now I am in the perfect shape even though I dont exercise much.

Don't do cardio alone , add same strength exercises too Pushups and Pullups are best free exercises and remember no pain no gain. every exercise should hurt in start otherwise its not working but slowly it will be less hurtful and you will be able to do more just keep at it and don't forgot to rest, rest is equally(if not more) important. i follow 2 days exercise on1 day gap routine and Sunday no exercise. hope i helped.

em not really into that stuff,thats like rarely ever
as for eating less,well u need energy as well to do stuff,reducing diet for few days will reduce weight for sure but once u come back to same routine all lost weight will come back,has happened already since i tried it.

i used to walk n exercises like vertical n horizontal stomach exercise,in which u lie down n push urself up,dont remember its name but i think maybe either the technique was wrong,or i was doing it wrong or dont know what,but when i missed it for a day or 2,i got the worst back pain ever,i wasnt able to bend at all,that stayed like for a week,after that meri toba from exercises

btw grape fruit juice u mean nestle etc?

One gharilo nuskha add lemon water(juice in warm water and drink everyday before breakfast, exercises if can't do correctly with proper form don't do them at all otherwise they'll be more harmful than helping. you can use youtube to watch proper forms and correct technique for mention exercises. i myself is doing pushups for quite some time i start from 7-9 to 30 maybe you can't maintain your form during exercise so lose some weight and give it a go again. i don't go to gym i do all exercises in home and they have helped me quite a bit believe me pushups and pullups are best free exercise to strengthen your upper body.

i dont feel this much pain in legs while jogging,mainly run out of breath,but while brisk walking,my legs really kill me wid pain

Just do strength exercises (Squats, Pull Ups, Push Ups, Bench Press). But don't over do it. Continuous cardio will result in burning of muscle instead of fat.

these exercises if left or missed like push ups leave pretty bad crams
i dont have anything for pull ups,even in park,i dont know if there'll be anything for my height since em MASHALLAH 6.1feet tall
push ups,well,i dont know if i do them properly or not but i can do a few
so cardio alone wont be effective?
i am not fat,its just the tummy only n thats the only thing i want to get rid of

some people are just so lucky that they are prone to gaining weight n can eat what ever they want

I had same problem but walking, jogging doesn't helped me at all. I started doing exercise inside :p which includes push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and squats. It helped me a lot in building some personality.

Now I am stronger than all of my cousins (avg. age 26) wrt height width ratio and I am 21.

sit up seems similar to what i had been doing before,dont remember its name...crunches it is
i dont wanna build up body just wanna reduce tummy in any effective way

Hmmm yea most of my uncles are not fat so I think it has got to do something with genes but I think they atleast have a tummy out and please I sit on my arse all day long using computer and xbox :p don't even exercise.Just play soccer on fridays for hardly 30 mins xD

Either that or I have a balanced diet,I eat rice,roti,fish,different meats in equivalent and I eat alot of vegetables mostly onions !

Firstly dude stamina isi tarah barhegi. Secondly you say you've got asthma so I'm not sure if you can do intense cardio, so jogging is the best option for you. Plus if you can control your diet (if you wanna slim down that bad), Just cut off junk food, soft drinks, and eat very less rice and roti. Botian khaeeennn :p.
And you should reduce weight quick
