yeah just saw that small logo in the taskbar get your free windows 10 copy , what i what to know which version of win 10 will they give ..basic version etc .
coz right now i am on win 8.1pro wmc edition legit version

It depends i saaw a chart somewhere online. I don't remember. For win 7 home premium and below than that , they offer win 8 home, and pro and ultimate they offer pro win 10. I don't know for win 8.1

what is difference between WinX home and WinX pro. Desktop has Win 7 home and Laptop has Win 8.1 single Lang as per chart above I will get home on both
Curiously need to have different versions on both machine

It is KB3035583 (under recommended) so make sure your recommended updates are on. It isn't mandatory to reserve, it is just for promotion and stuff. You will still be able to upgrade through Windows updates once it is officially released.

I own an Original Windows 8.1 and installed this and other updates but that freaking Windows Sign doesn't appears. What could be the Problem. I'm really frustrated.
