You also have VOIP profiles. Do you have any phones connected with your PTCL ONT?Ok:
1. Here's the WAN setup page originally:

2. Deleted the Internet connection profile and created a new bridging one as follows - VLAN ID of 10 and bound it to LAN1:

3. You can verify there's no internet connection on the huawei ONT

4. I also disabled all IPTV profiles (profile 3 to 6) as their connection type was WAN bridge
5. I set-up PPPoE on my Linksys router: https://pasteboard.co/mufh4f7tR88u.png
6. The internet still wasn't connecting - log showed "Timeout waiting for PADO"
Then I explored additional options on the huawei ONT and in the routing settings, I found a setting called "IPv4 Service Route Configuration." In that, against service type of PPPoE, an IPTV WAN profile had been assigned. I changed it to the internet WAN profile (i.e. 1_INTERNET_B_VID_10) and my linksys router got connected immediately!
However, the trouble is that I am also going to get IPTV service in a few days and am assuming IPTV services are also done via PPPoE connection - unfortunately the "IPv4 Service Route Configuration" does not allow more than one bridge WAN port to be bound on PPPoE service type, as the error states here:

Any idea if i'm doing something wrong? Others did not have to do any further configuration like I did.
If the internet started working after disabling IPTV profile, then you are all set.
For IPTV I think you will be connecting your setup boxes with the PTCL ONT.
