For me personally PTCL has shown a lot of improvement since I moved here around 2 years ago but still lacks behind in gaming and streaming department. Hopefully they can do something about this in the next 5 years

Anybody experiencing high pings lately? Also i am not getting consistent 160 ping in EU, Sometimes it messes up the route and i get like 330 ping in EU. :/

P.S: I have tried different ip pools 39.XX 182.XXX i am facing this same issue.

Seems like a major issue with PIE backend. Within PTCL network it's showing latency of up to 200 ms.

Jazz works fine since it's on Transworld.

Yep. I am using a VPN right now. W/o it I was unable to load anything.

Can confirm. I thought it's due to rain as it usually happens in my area but the stats are normal.

Speed is back to normal but idk if it is normal to get 4-6 mbps download and 1-2mbps upload when doing speed test to a European server (France) on a "25 mbps package".
